I was born in Russia and from the hospital was brought to an orphanage because my biological family was in poverty. When I was 16 months old my two beautiful parents today came across the world to adopt me from this poor little village and brought me to the United States.
I grew up in Florida went to a private school through 8th grade. I was always involved with sports, if it was back yard sport or team sports, I'd be playing.
Once I graduated high school in 2016, I had no idea what I wanted to do, like most of us college was our only option it seemed like because everyone was applying and it was the norm.
At the time, I was working out and just eating the home cooked meals my mom made (which were fire) but I didn't have any knowledge about health and fitness, I just knew the basics. Because of my huge interest in fitness, I decided to do a Personal Training course.
There was a YMCA that just got built right next to my house so that was a no brainer to apply for. I applied and got a job in the gym, it felt great to start working in a place where I was going to be all the time. It was so dope to be able to just be around weights and help people with their fitness goals while getting paid!
Now I'm currently doing what I love helping those in need with their bodies and health and sharing the knowledge I have learned from all the experiences I've been through with others.
